Dandelion Tree.

One stem,
sixty-nine blossoms.

  1. Looks a bit scary to me. It isn't too close to your house, is it?

    1. Very close, indeed. About four metres to its entry. :)

  2. Interesting.

    Evolution?

As Susan perhaps implies, it may be coming for you.

  3. My friend Andrew the Fool rather nurtures noble dandelions on his little riverbank while his unwise aged lady neighbour detests them as weeds. One good day I do believe I heard Andrew telling his neighbour, "My dandelions are good this year aren't they? Do you know what fertiliser is good for encouraging them?"

I do believe that he was being less than gallant towards the dear lady, even though his face was mimicking pure innocence. And I do believe that I noticed wisps of steam emerging from her ears.

    1. There might much more steam emerge as dandelions are Don Quijotes of flora.

  4. Strangely appealing.

Still fighting the wind, Don QuickScot?

  5. Actually, Dear Lady Claude, I am fighting nothing much at present, other than Andrew the Fool and what foolish notions he invents. Andrew the Fool may be my most tricky foe, however.
